Come join those of the feminine spirit – our gal pals, family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers – for the third of our “Braving” series.
On March 16, we will reflect on health/ healthy lifestyle with Dr. Molly O’Dell, who will discuss Listening to the Wisdom of Your Bodies; Nancy Kitchens, who will share The Benefits of Tai Chi in our Lives; and the “Braving Team” who will share Beyond Carrots, a session on healthy recipes for you to sample.
